What happens once my case is on the docket?

Once Constitutional Council has recieved your written grievance, you may be invited to meet with us to answer any questions or discuss your case.

Constitutional Council will then collect as much evidence as necessary to determine result of the case in a fair, unbiased manner. This process is often time-consuming, but please don't get frustrated! We do this to ensure that we make an informed, thoroughly considered decision.

You will be notified of our decision by way of written ruling. These rulings represent the majority consensus of Constitutional Council and are considered final.

After the issuance of the decision, you are more than welcome to meet with us for questions and comments.
